It's cyclone blizzard day today in the Denver area! High winds + snow is expected to last all day. Time to hunker down and read, and hope the power stays on.
These are my Goodwill finds from yesterday. A green Virago, a book with a cool cover (with family photo inside), and a mid-20th c. work of children's lit. (Anyone read Leon Garfield? I learned about him from a Phillip Pullman essay.)
