There are still 4 weeks until we're ready to start Build Your Library level 7, but my son is already digging into the books, especially the tagged book, which he loves. I'm torn between feeling thrilled that he's so excited and feeling like maybe I should have hidden the books as they arrived in the mail.

Chrissyreadit Fun! Have you always used that curriculum? 3y
ImperfectCJ @Chrissyreadit No, I started dipping into it a little about three years ago then between my two kids we've done levels 5, 6, and 12 pretty much straight through (with modifications because I can't do anything without tinkering). 3y

For the last week or so, Tara's new favourite place to chill out seems to be on whatever book that MiniMe has left lying around. Too cute 💛 #catsoflitsy

Viji Your cat is sweet! How old is she? I have a black cat with that same expression on her face 😸 7y
LauraAndTaraAndBooks @Viji She's just turned one. How old is yours? Can't beat a beautiful black cat! 7y
Viji @LauraAndTaraAndBooks, mine is 10 years old. My daughter has one from the same litter named Creature and her mother-in-law has Nibs. They're all black. 7y

Little man's #bookhaul today (plus the obligatory fidget spinner). Such a weird feeling being in a bookshop and not buying anything for myself....
