I loved one of Minister Faust's books and liked another. This one is still TBR and sounds AMAZING.

The tales of two boys from Sudan who live brutal lives as child soldiers until they develop superpowers. One story takes place 7 thousand years ago and that boy becomes worshipped as a god. The other story takes place now, and this boy becomes a costumed vigilante.
