This was slower and less focused on the mystery aspect than I expected. However, I really enjoyed the characters, the setting (in Cairo and briefly in Khartoum), and the ending in particular. I had already figured out one character's obvious backstory before it was revealed, but that didn't bother me. Looking forward to the next book in the series. #LitsyAtoZ #diversebooks

My library's copy of this is missing and I have started so many books lately that I forced myself not to get any new ones. Seemed like a good idea until I went to the grocery store and had no will power left. This is one box of several. Oh well 🙄😂
