Neuroscientist Lewis explores how a brain becomes addicted, which is more complex than we think. However he is able to elaborate some heavy science in such a way that it can be understood. Intricate-those feedback loops...fascinating.

Excellent read. The author is brutally honest about his experience with drugs. What was particularly unique was the way he incorporated the effect of each drug he tried on his brain and body. Utterly fascinating.
