I couldn‘t decide which Brontë sister to quote for the #sorrow prompt so here are quotes from: “To Cowper” by Emily; “Vanitas Vanitatum, Omnia Vanitas” by Anne; “Passion” by Charlotte. #QuotsyFeb20

“The human heart has hidden treasures,
In #secret kept, in silence sealed;
The thoughts, the hopes, the dreams, the pleasures,
Whose charms were broken if revealed.”
