Last year for my birthday we did brewery yoga ... this year we did farm yoga with goats! Apparently goat yoga is a thing?? Also I have and love the good morning and good night yoga books - a great way to get kids (not the goat kind) in on the action!

Bostonmomx2 Goat yoga is totally a thing. I think it's so fun and cool and may be the only way I've ever consider yoga lol 7y

This little man's bookshelf which is entirely filled with #bookswithpictures, though not all are picture books. Okay, most are but there are exceptions. Next to it is our latest addition, just bought today "so I can do exercise with you". I do yoga before work 3 times a week and sometimes he'll watch or join in. We'll see how his participation goes after this. #seasonsreadings2016 @RealLifeReading
