When the lifeless body of Sara Matteus a young patient of Siri s with a history of drug addiction and sexual abuse is found floating in the water near the cottage, Siri can no longer deny that someone is out there, watching her and waiting. It‘s annoying when you come to pages like these in books... 😠
It‘s page 177 in the book, does anyone have an image of the page they could share with me so I can read the whole text?

Book 1 in the Dr. Siri Bergman series is a psychological thriller debut. Siri Bergman is haunted by her loss of her husband and she is in danger. The author uses insights and experiences from her professional background to tell this well-paced story about man's inability to let go of the past. The suspense builds and the ending is surprising and horrifying. Do not read this at night by yourself. The book is well-written w/interesting characters.

Much like The Ice Beneath her, this book is under developed and boring AF. DNF @ 21%.

Pickpick

Absolutely loved this book! Very interesting and it leads you down a path where you think you know the twist but you are very wrong, really keeps you guessing! I liked the setting being in Sweden and the book is originally written in Swedish, the style of writing was really well done (for me) and I liked how it was different from a book written in English first. All in all a wonderful Christmas gift from my Mum.
