Pickpick

Detective wise and the way the novel is written constantly had me thinking along the lines of DCI Banks or Wire in the Blood, which are both a set of books as well as TV shows I adore. For a debut novel, this knocks socks off some crime novels out there by authors who have a largely established portfolio of novels. https://pageturnersnook.wordpress.com/2016/11/26/the-wharf-butcher/
