so-soUgh. I can't pick or pan this. I respect Megyn Kelly for the work she has done to get to where she is. But I wish she didn't treat the word "feminist" like a curse, and everytime she does something vaguely impressive and/or progressive, feel the need to back pedal and throw in a fake sounding "it's thanks to God and my family" line. No. You are a hard working, intelligent, successful woman AND THATS OK!
Almost 6 hours in, and she only just now uttered the phrase "mainstream media" ?Megyn Kelly... you are an intelligent, strong woman. Stop back-pedaling every time you do something progressive or vaguely *gasp* feminist! Own it!

pickenjoyed reading about her and her family's work ethics. felt as though we interpreted djt's comments and actions the same. appreciated how she did not add to the news being about her. enjoyed her mom's humor and Megyn's ability to resolve conflicts. loved all of her family
pick2017 #52 memoir audio I am not a viewer of fox nor have I ever watched her show. I only heard of her due to the debate with Trump and only because it was all over my social media feed. She is an interesting person and her encounter with POTUS are eye opening. +
Also, this book title on an irrational level. You can't "settle" for more. #bookishpetpeeve

That moment when I cheered and then jeered Megyn Kelly in the span of two pages. (By the way, she most certainly is a feminist, even if she is afraid of the term.)
Mixed feelings about this one so far. An interesting career, to be sure, but the humblebragging is off the charts.

so-soIn all honesty, I can't say I particularly like Megan Kelly but I do respect her. It's an ok read and gives background of her terrible year of Trump and Roger Ailes.
Has anyone read the new Megan Kelly book? I'm intrigued but I'm kind of at peak outrage right now...
