4/5 for this one! This was dark just like the rest of the series. Poor tin woodsman pining after Dorothy. It was cool to see from his point of view, but kind of sad. I am enjoying these novellas.

Another enjoyable novella.
We learn about the tin woodman and why he is the way he is in this series.

Pretty good! I like these between the books novellas.

I hesitantly give this book a "pick", as I really love this series of novellas as a whole and don't believe any should be skipped at this point. Thus far, Heart of Tin is my least favorite of the novellas, as the story mostly consists of the Tin Man obsessing about/blubbering over Dorothy. But, it still adds more to his backstory, and it is sad to see what happens to the Winkies once the Scarecrow takes over. 3.5 ⭐️I still love this series! #oz
