pickApartheid was a political ideology based on twisted and racist logic. Not only was the whole nation scarred by it, but it allowed twisted thinking to become the norm for many individuals. This well written, extremely evocative book shows how apartheid insidiously corrupted families, relationships and even childhood. A must read book to help understand what South Africa was like during that dark time.
