Mateo and Rufus, upon hearing that they are supposed to die on the same day, spend that final day together, learning and loving and living so much in their final hours. This book offers so many lessons to readers, and reminds us all to live each day to the fullest.

An absolutely chilling read. A friend recommended this book to me, claiming it would change my life, and she was right—it did. I couldn‘t stand to part with the book as I neared the end. I felt the characters‘ struggles and confusions deep within my heart, and stayed up all night questioning my reality after I had finished it. Everyone should read 1984–the ending alone is worth any time or effort it should take.
