Agatha Christie is a queen, y'all. This book made me cry a lot, because any tragedy or violence involving children just wrecks me. Loved this book and how it ended. Now I'm going to have to watch one of the movie versions on Netflix. 👍🏻

Pickpick

The thing I loved best about this book is how nostalgic it made me for my first real love. I was the same age and stage in life and this book really nailed it. Yes, this book had its problems, but I still recommend it as a light, fun teen romance.

I'm about a hundred pages in and so far it's a cute story with an interesting insight into the lives and culture of Indian American families. I don't typically do much contemporary YA, but I couldn't resist this unique spin.

This book is a hidden gem, y'all. It's got mechanical battle dragons powered by magic. Havemercy has personality. It has sass (both the book and the dragon). It's just plain fun. It even has some feels. Do yourself a favor and read it.

BookishMarginalia Welcome to Litsy! I hope you love it here as much as we do! 7y
