Reading this book really brings out emotions and questions. It made me shudder to actually thinks that a child being hurt by a crazy adult. However, I do proud she has the courage to write this book when she has to flash back all that terrific memories. Well done and congratulations on finding your life back, J A Y C E E L E E D U G A R D

I just finished reading this book and it was a great effort of the writer collecting her ancestors' materials such as scrapbook, pictures, letters and interviews the family members to make this book. It mixed up all the good, bad, happy, sad, tragic, memories of her family ever since then. I was touched on how her parents fight for their unblessed love at first untill they have the families' favor.
