Haven't read BOC in 20 years, but started it today. It seemed the perfect choice, for many reasons. Also, happy birthday Kurt Vonnegut!

On a grey day I went to the library and this was sitting in New Releases; I'd wanted to read it for awhile so I abandoned the book I was currently reading and settled in. I found it to be a quick read; perfect for election season. Beth and her politically driven husband, Matt, move from New York to DC for his new job. There are moving pains and regrets as they find their way in their new home and become fast friends with Jimmy and Ash.
