Do you tend to like the books better then the movies they're based on?
In the case of The Wizard of Oz, one thing that I did like better in the movie instead of the book was Dorothy's shoes. In the book they are gray. While filming the movie the director thought that ruby, red shoes would show up better. I'm so glad they did.
