#18 in the series! So sad Beaton is no longer with us. This is by far the best cozy mystery series!

A little lazy Sunday reading.

Unfortunately, I watched the Netflix series before reading this. So ultimately I was comparing the two. I like the series better. The characters in the book were irritating. Actually I didn‘t care for Hope in the series or the book. Just was not a book for me.

I do not normally read cozy mysteries, but I just love this series. I‘m pretty sure it‘s because of Hamish and the fact that I can never solve the case before he can!! Going to be a late night. Usually once I start her books I can‘t stop until the end!

Starting this today. I‘ve been wanting to start it for awhile, but I had to finish another book and the blanket I was making for my niece. Low key excited about this one.

I dislike summer colds! Going to lay in bed with tissues and drugs. Hopefully I‘ll finish this book!
