If you decide to read this book, just be aware that the expectations are very low. It does give you that "oh shit what's gonna happen vibe" and then, nothing. The plot of the story was good, only if there was more scary moments. It was not scary, but it could have been if written differently to make the novel creepy and sinister. Thank you, next book and moving forward.

SEX. DRUGS. AND ROCK N' ROLL.
An Honest love story if ever there was one. I wont go into much detail in case this is on your reading list, but from beginning to end it felt like a real life documentary. Honest, sad, heartfelt, and real all wrapped in one. Looking forward to seeing this for a Major Motion Picture. A Five star read for sure! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I loved this fictional version of a hollywood biography novel. Taylor Jenkins Read writing is fantastic and in some ways you have a love/hate relationship with Miss Hugo which made the book more entertaining as the story moves along through the years. I loved the narrator who is interviewing and gathering details, and I never read enough books written like this one. I look forward to reading more novels from this author, well done Mrs. Reid. ☕👏

#wherethecrawdadssing by @authordeliaowens completely touched my heart and mind. This novel is captivating, beautifully traumatic, and fascinating. The past and present in the story will have you within nature, romance, mystery, and saddness. This was a fantastic read that captivated my heart and I hope yours as well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5

The Last Mrs. Parrish | Liv Constantine

Read this book last December, and it only took one day. Page after page it became more and more interesting with great twists and turns. Daphne Parrish has it all. The luxurious lifestyle, handsome husband, beautiful children, and overall a caring and kind attitude. On the other hand, Amber's mission in life is simple, take it all away from Daphne.
I would give this 4.5 stars. There was a few things I was judging, but overall great read.

Rating this at 3.5/5 stars. #thewomanincabin10 starts off as a descent thriller about a woman piecing a mystery together, as a way for her to also piece herself. The book starts off strong and then drags at the last twelve chapters. The ending was descent, but the dragging lost my interest. I still have a few more novels by #ruthware I would like to read, this wasn't my favorite thriller.

About three years ago, people where talking about the novel "Gone Girl" which was extremely fucked up and gave you an ending like no other. How well do you really know someone? I moved on to reading Dark Places, which was brilliant, and then Sharp Objects, in which I had a love/hate relationship with the main character Camille. Amy Adams job well done......#donttellmama ?

Big Little Lies | Liane Moriarty

Throwback read to almost two years ago when the show first aired on @hbo . The first episode I watched, I was like, "Holy Crap, I need to read this book" and so I did. The first season was of course fantastic with a great group of women who played each role beautifully. Season 2 is coming soooooooon! The Novel vs. The Show were both great, if you haven't read or watched the show, please do! #bll2 #biglittlelies

Started off the year with my first thriller " Where Sleeping Dogs Lie" by @lucvors . If anyone is looking for a fantastic read, this here should be on your list! I love that their is so much going on in the story with character interractions and jumping from the past to the present. It kept me guessing until the end. Ingenious storyline Mr. Vors, I was not at all dissatisfied with the read and would recommend this to others. PAGE TURNER!

Milk and Honey | Rupi Kaur

I like the way the stretch marks
on my thighs look human and
that we're so soft yet
rough and jungle wild
when we need to be
I love that about us
how capable we are of feeling
how unafraid we are of breaking
and tend to our wounds with grace
just being a woman
calling myself
a woman
makes me utterly whole
and complete

I would have to rate this book 6 out of 10. Rupi Kaur is a fantastic poet and storyteller. Her simple drawings and poems are beautiful and truly from the heart. I thought "the sun and her flower" was great, however, it wasn't relatable to me like her first book "milk and honey." There are many wonderful pages in this book, and give this a read if you love her poetry.
