This book feels different from the other contemporary romance books I've read. It's an easy read, simple, yet cute and captivating. An example of how the twist of date brought two strangers, each with their own issues, together unknowingly heading to their happily ever after.

Kinda funny, set in the modern day Philippines with today‘s Millennials. Momol Nights (acronym for Make Out Make out Lang or one night stands) shows us that love can still exist in a liberated world dominated by social media and internet.

The start was kind of slow but it quickly turned into a can‘t put down kind of book. I really got into it, the story I mean. It‘s got twists that made me whoa and couldn‘t wait to read about what happens next. Kevin deserves what happened to him towards the end of the book though I wished he suffered in jail first. Jo was a trip! I definitely didn‘t see that coming! It kinda gave me the chills and got teary eyed!

I enjoyed reading this book, which is about the adventurous quest of a boy in New York‘s underworld to search and rescue a love one. He stumbles into a world he never thought existed and the danger that comes along with it. It‘s a page turner alright for me and I totally loved it. The ending? Not too much. The ending of the story left me curious as to what happened then... Questions instead of answers... kinda left me hanging a tiny bit.
