Terri Blackstock is truly an expert storyteller! This book hooked me from the first page, so many twists and turns. This is a must read!! But make sure you have tissues for the ending !

It wasn't a terrible read. It had a very slow start, it took me awhile to get into it. But from the middle to the end was actually very good! If the beginning would have started off the same, it would be a great read.

Soooo good! From beginning to end! This was Shandy Lawson's first novel and he did some pretty fantastic writing. If you like the movie Deja Vu you will love this book.

It's an okay read. The beginning and middle was very good, ending mehh... very confusing and kind of left wide open for interpretation of what is actually going on..

This was such a good mystery book! I'm always reading/watching some sort of mystery/horror show with plots. So there isn't too many I can't figure out before it happens. But holy plot twist at the end of this one!

Definitely a tear jerker! I love a good story of a strained family being brought back together through their Faith! All her books are incredible. She writes about flawed Christians in crisis and God's provisions about their lives. Her books only make me stand beside my Faith more than I already do! ❤️

If you like stories with tons of plot twists, deception, extortion, etc. You definitely need to pick up the If I Run series by Terri Blacktock! She may be one of my new favorite authors! Amazing reads!

Probably the best memoir that I've ever read!! I truly believe we all go through hard times in life- but we all have that one life event that sticks with us, no matter our age.. no matter how many years have passed since the event. Kathy bravely and openly wrote this book about hers & I'm so glad she did! This is a MUST READ!

WOW!! If you like true crime stories- this book is for you. A true Criminal Minds episode, on steroids, come to life. If disturbing, sadistic, complete soullessnes actions from a human being gets to you- I would suggest you never open this book!

Not the first time I've read this book... & most likely won't be the last! This is an amazing story of a couple that came face to face with an incredible tragedy but persevered through every trial they faced. As it has changed to date... at the time they were the true story of "to death do us part"
My only wish... was that the movie mirrored the book much more than it did.

Definitely a page turner. A thriller about a big city detective helping out an old partner in a small town on an investigation while his family was supposed to be on vacation. A must read!
