I am not a huge modernism fan; however, I am a fan of Edith Wharton. This book is full of flat characters, but it‘s interesting if you are a fan of modernism. (I was forced to read it lol) #modernism #EdithWharton

This book, that is close to one thousand pages, has completely taken over my life. 😫 but it's sooo good.

Started this book on audible today. I read the summary and immediately purchased it.

Sidenote: if you read the shopaholics books don't watch the movie 🤦🏾‍♀️ & also Eleanor has some serious issues

"Sentence craft equals sentence comprehension equals sentence appreciation"

I'm not BIG on YA books (at all) but this was a cute story. I mostly read it because I want to see the movie (and Amandla is amazing) and it did disappoint. The end felt like everything was happening all at once , but I think that was the point. Great book and Nicole Yoon's interview at the end tied everything together.

I have been meaning to start this series . Found these two at a used book store.

Did not think the history of the OED would be so interesting , but this book is great 😊
