Absolutely loving this fantastic sequel to Red Rising! I'm not even halfway through and it's hard to put it down!! 💥

While I was not completely enthralled or blown away by the story in Americanah, I deeply appreciated the perspective and the look at an unfamiliar culture.

Americanah is about much more than just a story about a girl who goes to school in America and comes back as an "Americanah," as it were. It discusses race and relationships in very thoughtful ways, providing different perspectives through both Ifemelu and Obinze.

I'm so excited to start reading this! I love octopuses, and I find consciousness to be utterly fascinating. I can't wait to learn more about both of these things!

When this cover caught my eye in the comic book shop, I knew I had to read it. I fell wholly in love with Saga and am so proud to have a print of the beautiful artwork that led me to read it in the first place! 💕💖💕
