Finished this on #Serialreader. Interesting story line. I was so much in love with the Disney version of the story that I hated the story when I started to read, especially Beauty's character. It wasn't making any sense. After sometime I stopped complaining and this Beauty started seeming more practical...

Lately because of Popsugar Reading Challenge, I came across #bannedbookweek. I thought about reading Lolita or some other book that I had but then thought why not read the book that is actually banned in India. So here is this one...

Just Finished!!!! When I had bought the book, I had no idea what was it about, and I kept avoiding this for almost a year. A friend suggested an #audiobook and its really a great one. 😍

Nute Love this book! I have tried hard to remember all the lessons I learned from reading it many moons ago. 4y

We, the bookworms, always talk about how the book pulls you into it as you go on reading. but this one actually gave me those goosebumps of getting sucked in... 😵 Well I couldn't love anybody more than her #Midori

Strange Library | Haruki Murakami

What a strange Book!! The fact that this is supposed to be a children's Book, frightened me. Possibly because the whole time I was reading the book, I was that little boy from the book. That's the power of Murakami I guess. Every time you read any line written by him, you feel it's somehow your own line.

Nouveau I‘m still trying to overcome the fear of the library this little book evoked! 3y

Not at all sure if I am interested in this one, but seemed like an interesting idea when I read the first draft some 10-12 years ago...

When I found this book in a dollar bookstall, I was instantly in love with it- the cover, the smell, the way in which pages were cut, the lightness.
And then there's Winter and her letters. A lot of reviews suggested that it had an abrupt ending, but if the book is really good, does it matter how it ends?? For me, William, Winter, and Clare did a great job of keeping me engrossed in their thoughts and views but they also gave me some Hope.....

ItsAnotherJen I love rough cut thick pages! Is that how this one is? There's probably an actual word for it..books made like that are my favorite. 4y
TsundokuManasi @ItsAnotherJen I don't know what it's called, but I had not come across those types of pages. Well, that got me into picking this to read at least. 😎 4y
Nute @ItsAnotherJen Unfinished paper edges in books is called Deckle Edges. It one of my favorite looks for a book. It almost always draws me to a book as well.🙂 @TsundokuManasi Welcome to Litsy!
