It's very rare that I come across a book that I cannot read. I was very excited about this book because it sounded so different and unusual, but I just couldn't get into it. I only got a few pages in before I decided I couldn't hack it. I always try and give a book a chance and attempt to plod through, but I don't know what it was with this one that I just couldn't. Beautiful cover though.

For the first time in my life I finally have a bookcase! I've never had the space or money, but it's something I've always wanted. All my favourite book series' are on there; I honestly just love looking at it and admiring it! Books make me so happy. It's the little things. Brand new here and just getting used to it, but I love all the bookish-ness already! Decided to re-read the Harry Potter series as I haven't touched it since childhood; I only started Sorcerer's Stone yesterday and I'm almost done! (Fun fact: when I first read it I must have been 9/10 or even younger, and I finished it in a few hours haha.) I am enjoying going back though, first book of 2017! Happy reading y'all ☺️
