This book is narrated by both Zac and Mia. Both characters start the novel as total strangers who communicate through a hospital wall. Both are fighting cancer, and what I found most moving about their battles was how the book exposed the emotional toll cancer has on humanity. This book is not just about cancer, it explores love, friendship, self image, and adventure. I particularly liked how the ending is more realistic than I expected

I love the concept behind an untrustworthy narrator. This author has a great style, and I really got into the characters. The story was very intriguing until an unexpected twist came into light. I'm still unsure about how I feel towards the twist, and I won't ruin it for others. It's worth a try if you like to question your narrator.

This book is a fantastic young adult novel about discovering who you are and loving that person. At times, this book can be very emotional. If you love a great coming of age story with poetic references, this ones for you!
