Halfway through this... A slow burner but I'm pressing on with it 👌🏻

I've read this before, but I felt impelled to read it again. I identify strongly with Esther. Train journey to London and back just got more bearable.

I wanted to like this. It's won awards and is a bestseller... But I hated it. Nothing happens and when is does it's far too vague. It's left me questioning my intelligence.

I guessed the ending of this within the first few pages. I think I liked it.
