I'm in love with these series. It's like Narnia for grown ups.

RAR I've been telling people it's like Hogwarts + Narnia x steroids \ existential angst. ;) 7y

The magicians was my audiobook pick of the month. It started because I was frustrated with the script writing in the series & I felt something was missing, I was right. If you read Narnia or still miss Hogwarts, I recommend this book for you. I can't wait for new credits so I can buy the next book.

This was my audiobook of last month. I had to start all over because I felt I was missing some parts. None the less I loved it and George Guidall is a great narrator.

Merethebookgal I read this with my book club last year and enjoyed it as well :) 8y

This is my "stomach flu" stash for the weekend. Yesterday I was so weak I couldn't read one page. Today I'm making up for it.

Alan Moore is by far my favorite graphic novel writer. What I loved about this graphic novel are the literary references. Any of you have more graphic novels recommendations?

Fantastic, griping story. In a short novel, Toni Morrison describes how our childhood affects us until adulthood.

I started this series last week. I'm going through it really fast. I was about to read something between Dawn & Adulthood rites but I can't wait.

I finally finished the Pierce Brown Red Rising trilogy & I must admit I loved it. The whole concept of caste system, space traveling was fantastic. The Roman civilization reference was a plus. Though this book is often sold as YA, it doesn't feel so YA at all. Morning Star is my favorite off all.
