Fiction: If the story's setting was in a different place, the book would definitely have a different storyline. For example, if America's family were living in the same place as Prince Maxon, America would have probably not be able to sign up for the selection because she doesn't live in a different province. If the story took time in a different time, the royal family would probably consist of different members now.

Fiction: I have been reading the book for about a week now. One of the characters that have stood out in the book to me was her mother. Her mother is very controlling of her daughter, America, and continuously asks her to sign up for the selection. She reminds me of my parents because they keep pushing me to become a doctor, when I'm not interested in medical department and would rather study something else.

I chose this book because of the show on Netflix. It also looked interesting from reading the back of the book and I'm starting to read it. So far the first few pages are really engaging and I like how the author made the vocabulary as if they were in England.
