I like to read historical, horror, gay romance, science fiction, fantasy, and even furries books. So basically I read anything I get my hands on.

Waterways | Kyell Gold
Pickpick

This book is actually 3 books in 1 by a gay furry author Kyell Gold. I used to say once you get past the furry it's great writing, now I say I love it for the furries. This is a great young coming out story in dealing with bigotry and homophobia in your own family. The antagonist which is the mother otter in this book appears and another series by the same author "Out Of Position" however she does not appear until book 3 or 4 of the series.

Okay if you're Die Hard fan of Harry Potter and you cannot accept the bad guys changing their stripes or anybody else being the hero but Harry Potter then do not read this book. If you want a alternative ending to the Harry Potter series Witch cast a new light and three major characters and change your opinion I'm certain characters please read this book. It shows how one simple and small things could change an entire story.

This is a fanfiction work the ask the question what did Harry Potter had loving parents and one of them was a scientist. this is a fanfiction work that uses the Harry Potter World to teach scientific method and theory through enjoyable literature. Your stays true to many of the facts and story plot of the original series, but varies off in order to become a whole new creation. If you enjoyed Harry Potter I believe you would enjoy this.

Boy Meets Boy | David Levithan
Pickpick

This is held up as one of the great gay books of our lifetime. I must disagree. The character development is extremely weak except for one particular character which is a drag queen football player, who is barely used in this book. There's no twists or plots or anything other than a straight beginning to end book with no surprises. Plus gay life is not this simple. It paints too pretty of a picture of how we wish gay life to be, but it's just not.

Johannes Cabal the Necromancer | Jonathan L. Howard
Pickpick

This book is not one I would typically read, however once I started I cannot put the thing down. There's many moments of the book that disturbs me, but kept me on the edge of my seat continuing to read more. For those who enjoy a happy ending this book is a mix of both happy and disturbing. You're left wondering if good or evil truly one at the end of this book.

Mehso-so

The book seems to be all over the place jumping about trying its best to find a direction to go. There's very little to no character development in the first book. As a detective novel it is very poor because you just solved the mystery how long before it's conclusion. The only positive thing I have to say is there's potential for growth in further novels in this serious, but the question is will I pick up the next book or not.

The great Mel Brooks son has truly made a name for himself in literature and one of his greatest works is World War Z. A collection of short stories told from the survivors of the great zombie uprising. For anyone who has read the book and then seen the movie you will find the movie to be a great disappointment. For those of us who love zombie apocalypse this is a must-read.

Out of Position | Kyell Gold
Pickpick

I can't believe I'm writing a review for gay furry novel. I've always enjoyed gay novels and when a friend of mine suggested Kyell Gold I will be honest I laughed. However I took his suggestion and read this book and from there have read everything this man has written. Once you get past the furries you fall in love with the characters in the stories. This is the first book of five. If you enjoy gay romance this is a must-read.

Sleeping Beauties | Stephen King, Owen King
Pickpick

Just finished it. The Father and Son team outdid themselves. Go into the book I expected tidbits from other novels like the Gunslinger Series has done, however it is a stand-alone book with no hints of the other realms in which Stephen King tends to roam. Fair warning the start other book was slow but quickly picked up pace. This maybe Owens King's breakout book. I am now intrigued to read other books by the famous author son.

Every member of the lgbtq community should read this. Especially the younger generation that has no clue of the struggles we had. The fair that kept many homosexuals in the closet, the threats to our life and livelihood, those Heroes that stood up and said come out come out wherever you are Inlet standing United. Let us celebrate the freedoms we have, but let's not forget those that fart to give us those freedom.

Something Like Summer | Jay Bell, Andreas Bell
Pickpick

I've read everyone of Jay Bells books and they all have made me cry. All the books interlocks locks with the other books. The first three are the same story told from 3 different perspectives. From there it goes on to the next generation and expensive upon original characters. The first 3 books can be read in any order but I recommend to start with Something Like Summer. After that you must return in order to prevent spoilers.
