I was not warned enough about how much this book would break my heart.

You ever start a book and within a few pages know it will be one of your favorites? Homegoing will do just that. I'm only on chapter three and I'm enthralled. The writing is so lyrical and flows so beautifully. It paints such a picture that you fee that you're there.
