The Night Circus | Erin Morgenstern

It's been ages since I properly sat down and read a book for fun which is why I haven't posted anything in a while. The truth is that I had to read so much for my history classes at uni that I found reading in general less and less enjoyable. I now started reading again and the book of choice: *drum roll* The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern. Very excited to start this. Any opinions on it? Please comment, I'd love to know what everyone thinks.

Look at how beautiful this is. Next post is gonna be a little poem taken from one of the three books for my fellow Germans 💕

I went to the Christmas Market in Potsdam yesterday.. Needless to say, I did more book shopping than Christmas shopping lmao. Here's my new addition to my Heine collection. 💕 I'm only slightly obsessed with him. 😅

Hii, it's been a long time since I last posted something, but I had a lot going on in my personal life and with university so I didn't read as much as I normally do. Even though probably no one remembers me, I just wanted to say that I did miss you all and I can't wait to see what you've been up to while I was gone. I hope you all have a great holiday season 💕

Taking a break from studying to finish this lovely piece of literature.

(Btw I've recently found out that there is a literature museum near the place I live. I am trying to convince my parents to take me.)

Reading before history class, my two favourite things. History and literature 👌❤

I got these babes yesterday. They're German though, so the reviews will probably be German as well. Oh and I won't review the Michael Jackson book, don't worry. Just got it, because I'm MJ trash.

My next two reads will be German again, so please bear with me. After that I'll go back to English. ^^
Really excited for the Mann book. I was surprised that I loved Klaus Mann that much, so I hope Golo won't disappoint me. Though it's a completely different thing, of course, since Golo Mann was a historian and his book contains just that.
I'm really looking forward to Heine. He's my favourite author. I'm not agreeing with his nationalism though.

Mein neues Lieblingsbuch. Absolut fantastisch.

It took me so long to find the time to read it, but I finally did it. It's absolutely wonderful. I love the style, the author is so funny, their wit is amazing. I fell in love with this book, not only because Larry Stylinson is mentioned (cough cough), but also because it's actually stuffed with information about coming out, sexualities in general and everything that has to do with gay culture. 100/10

Literarisch anspruchsvolles Buch.

--English isn't my first language, please excuse the mistakes I make--

Shane didn't really surprise me with this book, which is a good thing. I've been watching his videos on YouTube for ages and I really admire his way to deal with life. This book is everything I expected, reading it was like listening to him telling a story.
If you like that kind of f*cked up humor he stands for, this book's perfect for you.
