This is one of the most complex and challenging books I have ever read. And let me say it was completely worth it. How the story unfolds in this book is unique to itself, with going from paragraphs to footnotes to one word a page-it keeps you intrigued. Though I don't think I could do justice in telling what the story is about, I can say you'll most likely get into it due to the characters. So do yourself a favor- read it. It's worth the challenge

This book was wonderfully written. The fact that Capote took the time to research and get the true depth of this chilling story is commendable. His ability to put you in those people's lives makes this book a truly great read. Along with the true last words of the killers makes it all the more unnerving.
