This was my first read of 2019 and I have to say I‘m sorry it took me this long to read it. Evelyn has had one crazy life. I almost wish it was a true story!!!
pickStarted this yesterday and i haven‘t been able to put it down!!! Keeps me on the edge of my seat, wondering, and constantly wanting more... so far so excellent!
Ok I started Crawdads 2 days ago and I haven‘t put it down since! Now granted I have 2 children a husband a full time job and a home to keep in order so I may have been done with it by now, BUT wow wow wow it‘s soo amazing so far!
so-soI listened to this on Kindle Audiobooks and i just don‘t think it did it justice. Man that woman‘s voice was so boring!!! But luckily I have a good imagination and made it work to the books advantage.

pickOk so I‘m about half way thru this one and let me tell you... it does not disappoint!!!
It grabs you by about page 4 and the action is non stop after that..
Real quick spoiler to get you interested.
A 16yr old girl gets kidnapped and locked in a Cellar with 3 other girls... the story gets deeper from there and I don‘t want to ruin it for you!
As of now I‘m giving this a 4⭐️/5 only because I‘m not finished and I need to know how this book ends!

I‘m not sure I would... this is a story about just that. It‘s a fast paced book that has you yelling at the characters and crying with them at the same time.
I LOVED every second of it...
