This was a great introductory read about the path unaccompanied minors take to reach the United States. Definitely has me wanting to read more.

"...a hope or belief or conviction--that a life is not a thing unalterable." Finished Education by Tara Westover today. Such a gut-wrenching memoir that made me want to scream and cry. Beautifully written and great audiobook performance.

Oof that last chapter was particularly brutal! Not sure if memoirs are my jam, but this feels like an important story. The narration is excellent.
