Absolutely loved reading this! I feel it was a perfectly paced sequel to the first in the series 'Queen of Hearts'. This series so far has definitely got to be one of my favourite fairytale retellings I have read.
I love how the story progresses within this book and still leaves a lot of space for the 3rd and final book to tell the remainder of Dinah's story.

I was hooked from the start and couldn't put the book down when I read it at the start of the year.

Stacey's story is truly powerful and I believe that everyone should read at least once, even if they are unsure about reading it. It is definitely a subject I believe should be addressed more and I feel this book however short did a good job at doing so.

I am anticipating the release of the sequel and gave this 5 stars!

A scream ripped loose, high pitched and pained, making the air in the stairwell vibrate, drowning out the sound of birds hitting the house. - Grady Hendrix / Chapter 10 - Broken Wings.

This book has picked up quite a bit within the past two or so chapter. I am falling in love with the idea of the story even more now than before I started!
I believe this may be one of my favourite books but we shall have to see when I finish reading!

Don't You Forget About Me.

This isn't necessarily a quote from the book but it's a chapter title / 80s song title. I just wanted to share my current read and that is this book. I am currently on page 72 and am in love with how the book is written so far! I am excited to see how this book progresses!
