#GhostCat is helping by staying in her little cave while I mop the floors.

Mercy is camping - this time she has to deal with Native American magic instead of Vampires and Werewolves. Nice change from the other books in the series.

TheSpineView Looks like she is a good supervisor!🖤🐈‍⬛ 1w
julesG @TheSpineView Better than Her Feline Highness demanding constant attention. 😉 There are days when I wonder what drove me to get a siamese mix cat. 😬 1w

Today's #SuperSeptember #readathon #audiobook re-read paired with household chores.

Andrew65 What a strange cover. 1w
julesG @Andrew65 It's definitely strange, but fits for the story and within the canon of the series. 1w

Bit of light re-reading after the last books that weren't really good.

Such a tough question! I think I‘d choose the world of Mercy Thompson. It‘s like our world but with werewolves, fae, vampires, and magic.

Or maybe London Below. Or The Library of the Unwritten.

Or for something completely different, either the Heart of Gold or Alderaan (before it was destroyed, obviously) or Deverry.

It‘s too hard to choose! What I need is a multi-world portal. 😆

ozma.of.oz So many excellent picks! Thank you for posting! 3w
mushrooms.and.ink Probably either Medora (The Medoran Chronicles, Lynette Noni) or Wenderall (The Prison Healer, Lynette Noni). Maybe the world that Leigh Bardugo Created. 1w

Today's #audiobook DIY session: I changed the 3 doors on the shelves and rearranged the contents of the shelves. You can only see two of the old doors in the picture on the left, I only remembered to take a 'before' picture after I had finished with the first door.

My treat for finally doing this task - tea and more reading. 😁

Riveted_Reader_Melissa You are crafty! Looks great, good job! 3w

I‘m a bit late but here‘s my August Wrap up.

Best book for the month has to be Silence Fallen by Patricia Briggs but I really enjoyed everything I read this month with the exception of The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald.
