ImperfectCJ @lil1inblue I can't find any news past March about how the US withdrawal from the WHO affects this year's flu vaccines. Last I read, the CDC and FDA participated in meetings with the WHO re: 2025-2026 vaccine, but I don't know if the other parts of the flu vaccine development process continued as usual. I assume so, but I can't find direct assurance. Kind of annoyed that this crud might affect my ability to get effective vaccines for my family. 1w

Roary47 My daughter just turned 5 so she is now up for a set of shots and I was told she couldn‘t go on field trips until she had them all. I‘m like she is vaccinated, but she‘s also younger than most of her classmates. 😅 I‘m a science teacher so… I don‘t get it. My students understand the concept why can‘t others. 🤷♀️ 1w
