pickA solid addition to the mystery genre. This has a then/now approach to storytelling, possible unreliable narrator, the macabre/maybe supernatural undertones. It explores the uglier dynamics of troubled teenage girls and their friendships. At first I wasn‘t feeling it but I got into it and liked the reveals at the end. Well, I liked one reveal. One felt tacked on and apart from all the clues. The other was good. It kept me reading! #netgalley
