Pictured is one of my favorite hiking spots off Lake Michigan. Getting in on round 2 of #bfcr2 & i'm starting small and simple. My goal is to get outside and walk 3x a week. (I get lots of steps daily but they are all inside at work so I will not be counting steps.)Drink 80 oz of water a day. Lift weights 3x a week and finish 4 physical books.
