Seeing as Suede is one of my all-time favorite bands, this was a really tough read but filled in gaps in knowledge, unflinchingly looked at fame and addiction, and made me feel less bad for never having owned their last album (of their first existence). I can‘t wait for the third volume when the band reunites and makes some of the most beautiful music ever written.

Beautifully and brutally honestly written. Brett does not shy away from any of the tough stories about the rise and demise of the band.
