Mehso-so

I often couch my expectations of work-related parenting books because they tend to be centered around professional women. As a shift worker in manufacturing, I struggled to relate to much of this book. If anything, I did enjoy some of the more humorous stories shared and I at least learned how to address moisture buildup in my pump's tubing.

UrsulaMonarch I've heard to leave the tubing not hooked up to a collection unit & run the pump- is that right? 😂👶🤔 (edited) 6y
Phlamboyant @UrsulaMonarch Collection unit! 🤣 And, yes, that is correct. 6y
UrsulaMonarch @Phlamboyant 👍 my brain was completely failing me on the noun front!! #sleepdeprivation 6y
Phlamboyant @UrsulaMonarch Solidarity. I think I'll start using collection unit now. Am I talking about my bottles? Am I talking about something else? HR will never know . . . 6y

Marchpane All I can come up with is "litter". "Hang on a sec, I've just got to litter about this plot twist". Too bad it's already a word ? 7y
Redwritinghood I always tell my kids I'm litsying and I'll be with them in a minute. 7y
drokka Both tweeting and twittering (Yes, I was using twitter when it was called twittering) were actual words too. They've just come to mean something in addition to their original meanings. 7y
