Honestly this book #setinsummer is somewhere between a pick and a so-so for me. It has been awhile since I loved a Sarah Dessen book the way I love some of her older titles. This follows her usual formula and is well written but I found Ambrose really annoying and not in the quirky, can't help but root for the kid way that I think I was supposed to feel. #splashintosummerreads

This is the final book in a 4-book series. Set in Babylon at the time when, according to the Bible story, #multiethnicities were created; the two MCs were involved, if not even slightly responsible.

Since Babylon is a pretty warm country this certainly qualifies as #SetInSummer too.
