My childhood family tradition was the last meal of the year was always steak. We would bbq even if there was 6 ft of snow or negative temperatures. I now continue that tradition with my kids plus we go for ice cream. However, I am having a tmj flare up and can't do steak. So I am doing 2 bacon and cheese baked potatoes instead and the ice cream.
