merelybookish Lots of great choices! I taught that Schlutz book in Freshman comp one year. One of the students later wrote on an eval it went against her Catholic education. 5y
Graywacke @merelybookish ok, 1) wow on that student ...but I guess it actually makes some sense. And 2) fascinated that you taught this. This books thinks the way I think. It should be taught to accountants who don‘t really understand the technical side of their business 🙂 5y

merelybookish @Graywacke I thought it was a good orientation to learning, to be open to making mistakes and being wrong. Unless you're Catholic, I guess. 😉 5y
