Scene from English class📚 This continues on to the next page, so her choice isn‘t shown here. I agree that it‘s difficult to choose only one! Do you have a favorite word?

Soubhiville Susurrous, banjo, luminous, phenomenon. I can‘t choose one. 6y
mhillis @Soubhiville Susurrous! That is a good word! 6y

Just finished this lovely story which has added to my Christmas spirit. Two lonely souls find each other over the holidays. My hubby is still sleeping so I may be able to continue my #holidayreadingsprints just a little longer! #JoinIn

Kaye Good job , enjoy 😊 6y
mhillis Nice! I didn‘t read any holiday books this year. Hope you had great day❤️💚 6y
PurpleyPumpkin @Kaye @mhillis My reading for today is done as we‘re on our way to visit my Mom and brother. But I had fun reading with you!💜 6y
mhillis @PurpleyPumpkin Yes, thanks for reading together! 6y

Took a break from #holidayreadingsprints to eat dinnner and play a game of Wonderword card game! I‘m going to start this book which is the January pick for #litsyfeministbookclub

Kaye I know I‘ve been in Litsy for quite awhile but have a question : is there a way to keep track of a # ? Like the #holidayreadingsprints ? So it won‘t get lost in the shuffle of all the other posts ? 6y
Well-ReadNeck @Kaye you can click on a blue (highlighted) hashtag or search for one with the same search tool you use for books and people (just choose the hashtag tab at the top). That will give you all the posts with that hashtag, most recent at the top 6y
Kaye Ok, thanks. Sometimes posts come in here so fast that they slide down the page quickly then it‘s hard to find a particular post again. Will jump in soon to join in. 6y

Codes and ciphers?! I like reading fiction and nonfiction about these! If you have any other recs, please let me know! While I‘m reading, my daughter is working on her wood carving. #holidayreadingsprints

mhillis @EvieBee Thanks! I‘ve seen a few posts about it! I borrowed it from the library but couldn‘t get around to it before it was due😂 Will have to give it another try! 6y
drokka I really enjoy codes and ciphers too, especially in historical mysteries. There are quite a few that have them. I read one that, by nature of the story, ended up being a huge info-dump in codes and ciphers, but was very cool. I can't remember what it was called. If I do I'll let you know. If you're interested in how the Enigma machines were cracked I'd recommend or any other Bletchley Park non-fiction. 6y
mhillis @drokka I had never heard of that one! Stacked! 📚❤️💚 6y
