January 27, 2010 Holocaust Remembrance Day I went to meet Tova Friedman, one of the youngest people to survive Auschwitz, one of the few Jewish children to survive. I got to hear her speak to students and she talked with us individually after. She asked each one of us to promise to tell her story and never forgot the atrocities she saw and experienced. I will never forget that day.
