I liked the introduction. It talked about the basic, classic commandments of writing crime fiction and how modern blending of genres has been successfully breaking those rules with fantastic results. It's making me very excited for the stories to come.

One of my fav booktubers is doing that with a huge SFF anthology, & it sounds like a great way to read short story collections! 🌸 Hanzai Japan is a collection of fantastical & futuristic crime fiction short stories from Japan, most of which are written by Japanese authors! 🌸 Also, does she remind anyone else of Catwoman?
