The reason I picked so-so is because I #believe the #book to be slow-paced though I understand that's what needs to happen when you're #doing #major world-building. I found the protagonist to be likeable, the secrets behind her abilities shocking and her growing attachment with Gideon...understandable. I loved the twist in the end, though I saw it coming... All in all, great mythology and a compelling #novel!
