At midnight on July 21, 2007 I received my copy of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. I then raced home filled with joy and devoured the entire book in 12 hours. The story complete I was filled with mixed emotions. So I read it again this time slowly, taking a whole week to finish it. The story of the boy who lived was complete. All was well.
It's been 10 years and I will begin rereading Deathly Hallow at midnight, 7/21/2017. Join me.

TheNextBook @Jamesmelvinmitchell I know!!! But it still feels amazing to go back. I made sure to reread the previous six books before this one came out. I also made sure to finish all my physics homework so mu professor wouldn't kill me for not having it done! Then I was lost in the story that night. 7y
Riveted_Reader_Melissa 10 years! Wow, it's hard to believe it's been that long! I remember actually reserving my copy and going to Walmart at Midnight to pick it up at the release. I think this is something I'll have to join you for! 7y

Riveted_Reader_Melissa I haven't re-read them for awhile now, I use to re-read them up to each movie before the next installment came out in the theaters too. And that's been awhile now...so I'm definitely overdo! 7y

Riveted_Reader_Melissa Book 1 was published 20 years ago this June (June 26, 1997) and the final book was published 10 years ago this July (July 21, 2007). Guess I'll start June 26th maybe....😉 7y
